I'm Katherine!

Thank you for arriving on my site and to this page. We recently welcomed our 3rd child and I've decided to take some time off to enjoy all the little moments while my babies are still babies. I will offer seasonal mini-sessions, because this isn't a goodbye and I can't let go completely of one of my passions. I still love capturing moments and seeing all my wonderful clients.

I've photographed well over 100 weddings. Laughed A TON at a bunch of them, danced at a handful of them, & cried at more than I'll admit. I've asked the DJ to change a song, asked the bartender for two specialty drinks, and asked the kitchen for the cake knife. I've done all this because I'm not just there to "take pictures" but to document your day and help every step of the way. Your wedding photographer will be with you typically from 7-11 hours on one of the best days of your lives and yes, I will personally do everything I can to ensure that it is the BEST day ever.

Over the past couple years I've discovered another love and that's birth photography & fresh 48 sessions. The amount of joy, love, and overwhelming emotions is whirlwind that I truly enjoy being able to capture.

Honestly, weddings and births both contain a miraculous amount of touching emotions. It's the biggest blessing to be able to be a part of those beautiful moments.

With all of that being said, I want to tell your story the way that it is. I want to document these days so when you see the photographs you are reliving beautiful memories and not just a posed picture.

I love the sun. On the water is my favorite place to be. I love new places. I love dogs. I love working with strangers, who turn into friends, who selected me because they truly enjoy my photographs.
